A 2-hour workshop for yoga students who want to improve their backbend practice. Yoga ropes and other modalities will gently help you move deeper and get a better expression of the poses...safely.

All levels will benefit from the assistance of instructors Sue Royer and Claudia Smith with their backgrounds teaching yoga and exercise conditioning.

The event is Saturday, October 5th 2PM-4PM. You can pre-pay $35, or pay $45 the day of the event!

A workshop targeting legs and hips using new modalities and current science. Work with how the brain responds to stretching. Train long chains of fascia to free movement. Sink onto a Yamuna therapy ball as you elongate tissue, increase circulation and more.

Christ-Centered Yoga, with an after-yoga gab fest at Midtown Coffee

What is Yoga and Lattes?

✅ A chill gathering of people who love Jesus, Yoga, and Coffee. 

✅ A great excuse to get out of the house, relax, and connect over real conversation. 

✅ Free and open to the public. Donate if you’re inspired to. Give what feels good. 

We will meet at Yoga Inspired from 6-7 PM for Christ-Centered Yoga, followed by a Fab Gab Fest at Midtown Coffee (within walking distance).

The Fundamental Truth about Food!

The world of health and food can be overwhelming. There is always an extreme diet plan or detox tea that seems to become popular. But isn’t there some fundamental truth about food that just works? Can we love food and be healthy?

This workshop will focus on helping individuals determine the macronutrients their bodies need, along with how their body composition goals impact those needs. We will discuss strategic planning, ways to simplify day-to-day nutritional intake, and finally, budget friendly meal preparation.

Two sessions! $47, or $30 for single session
