Weekly Schedule:


             6-7:15 pm                      Strengthen to Lengthen

                               A mixed level class to balance strength and flexibility, effort and surrender. Modifications throughout the practice will meet you wherever you are. 


               12:00-1:00 pm         Yoga for Lunch 

                                A class that opens your heart, moves your body and increases your metabolism. Return to work refreshed and energized.  No yoga    experience necessary.

                6-7:15 pm                    $5 Class with Student Teachers         

                                A community class taught by students of Yoga Inspired's Teacher Training Program.


                 9:30-10:30 am         Gentle/Chair Yoga (appropriate for prenatal)

                                 Gentle movement tied to the breath allows the body to open slowly, regain flexibility, and increase balance.  No yoga experience necessary.


                  9:00-10:15 am         Yoga Challenge   

                                 This dynamic class will build endurance, flexibility, and stability as you refine your alignment in the poses. Yoga experience suggested

                  10:30-11:30 am          Relax, Restore, Renew (taught by Elise Feinberg)

                                 A slow, relaxing class that utilizes many props to take you into deep rest.  

                  12:00-1:00                   Yoga Stretch for Men

                                This fitness-based yoga class is designed to help you develop flexibility, balance, and core strength. It’s okay if you can’t touch your toes.
