Active for Life


Sue Royer, our Senior Exercise Specialist, will be teaching Active for Life beginning January 10. It will be a 7-week series designed to keep you active and strong, able to climb stairs, get up and down from the floor, and stay healthy. You can purchase the entire series for $70 for a little savings or use your class cards as usual. Classes will be held every Thursday at 4:30 p.m. January 10 - February 21.
